Our commitment

We design the public website and the client portal to work with current browsers, keyboard navigation and common screen readers. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA where it applies to our pages.

Some files you or a tax agency upload, such as scanned PDFs, may not be fully accessible. If you need a document in another format, ask us and we will provide it.

If something is hard to use

If you have trouble using the site, reading a document, or completing a step in your account, tell us. We will work with you on an alternative, such as a phone appointment, a larger-print copy, or extra time to review your return.

This statement is also how we meet our duties under California's Unruh Civil Rights Act and related disability access laws for an online business serving California residents.
